Phase 6 focuses on the process of review and evaluation. It is underpinned by an evaluation framework which EmpathyLab guides you through and uses a continuous process running through the 18-month programme.
There is a mix of robust qualitative and quantitative measures which harvest data about the impact of the school’s empathy work.
This gives a holistic view and provides valuable evidence for stakeholders such as families, governors, school staff and of course pupils.
The evaluation process aims to measure impact on the programme’s target outcomes at key points and to capture strategic reflection
from the Senior Leadership Team, combined with practical reflections from teachers.
We also aim to hear the voices of pupils and families.
