Phase 1 Overview

Our triple win framework needs and integrated approach ad school leaders' backing and ownership is critical. 
So the first phase of our work with schools focuses on working with the SLT.

THIS STAGE





  • Identify an Empathy Lead and set up working teams



  • Engage with EmpathyLab research bank



  • Attend initial EmpathyLab briefing / conference



  • Complete staff listening audit and whole school audit



  • Identify key outcomes and embed in school development plan and relevant plans



  • Develop action plan including curriculum placement and roles, responsibilities and involvement



  • Ensure Governors are informed
