• Are you providing all possible opportunities for pupils to lead, and is the pupil voice body fully involved?

• Are you achieving the outcomes for family engagement? If not, what else could you do?
• Do parents understand what empathy is, and its importance?

• Are you starting to build shared reading communities in and outside the school, with pupils, teachers and parents?  

• Are you reaching enough families? If not, would pupil advocacy help?
