• What will we do next to ensure this learning cascades to all staff and translates into effective classroom practice? How will we monitor and develop? How will we support teachers and TAs?

• Are all staff clear about their roles, responsibilities and involvement in the initiative? Is there a widespread enthusiasm for the project?

• How will keep this going as a priority in the school and in teachers’ approach to teaching? How will we keep it enjoyable and exciting for teachers and pupils?
